It was on a Sunday Evening, whilst trying to read the most talk about book by Sis J, BEYOND MY DREAMS. After reading the Prologue, whilst I was still upset about Rola's current agony as if it were not just a work of fiction, but you see, whilst reading, my brain is not able to tell the difference sometimes. My brain is not able to tell the difference because I connect to the characters in the book so passionately, as if I  knew them, as if I've met them as if I were friends with them. That's why I cry when my fictional character in books, movies , documentaries name it, get hurt or die. Another Personal one is HALF OF A YELLOW SUN by Chiamanda  Ngozi Adichie. If you've read the book, you know the part where Ugwu got missing and also Kainene just before the war was over really got to me that when I slept and woke up, I kept shouting both characters name in my sleep. image from Google As we are coming to the end of this Pandemic, I hope we are different and I hope we start to see the best in every human race and to understand and accept that all of us are flawed and we are not perfect, we just all strive each day to become the best version of ourselves..  cant really say for everyone, but I know a few of us do. As we come to the end of this Pandemic, I hope you chose not to ignore a phone call or a text message cos it could be the last, because we are not like rivers, trees or the hills, we are not here forever. Half full or less I don't know how many people get to read this, but I hope enough that need to read it and to know there is God in all of these. The current situation is alarming and it calls for an immediate response and not reaction. We need to know that even in the midst of COVID-19  there is still a reason to smile and hope for a better day and a better tomorrow. There is still a need to look beyond our present situation and focus our mind and energy on Hope and Love.
