CHOOSE YOUR BATTLE WISELY/ BE CONSISTENT WHILST FIGHTING YOUR BATTLE




This Post shoudn't  be titled choose your battle wisely, it should be called  SOME BATTLES ARE TO MAKE US but as I would like to continue the Trend, I would like to to still name it Choose your battle wisely..

For some or so many battles, they are to propel us to the next phase of our LIfe. So if you dont fight the battle you wont move to the phase. There are so many practical examples one of which for instance when you were in school, you would have to write many exams to progress to the next class, even in universities if you don't pass a course, You would have to carry it over... and redo it until you pass to be able to graduate

So also in life if you dont fight a battle successfully, I mean the battle you have to fight not the ones you have to ignore, then you will continue to fight and if care is not taken, you will pass it to your generation, so it becomes a generational battle and that's why we have what is known as a generational cURSE?

Lastly there are some battles that you have to be Persistence and Consistence with, I mean you wont leave any stone unturned, you will have to be very fervent to fight this battle if not.... you actually know the consequences.

My life best's reference is the BIBLE, which one of my childhood friend Abraham called LIFE MANUAL' it was Abraham that told me the bible is a LIFE MANUAL..

So there's a story about a King and  Prophet Elisha.

 Prophet Elisa came to the king and told him to shoot the arrow out of the window towards the east for as long as he wanted.

What did the king do?
He did as he was instructed, he shot the arrow to the east, but for just 3TIMES!!!!!
AH!!!
Just three TIMES????  The Phophet was so angry because if the king had shot the arrow more than 5 times, not only will he defeat his enemies, he would have destroyed them without a single trace...

So Phophet Elisa said to the King "You will only win the battle only 3 Times after which your enemy shall conquer you"

 If only he had been persistence, the story would have taken a different turn..

He said, "Open the window toward the east," and he opened it. Then Elisha said, "Shoot!" And he shot. And he said, "The LORD'S arrow of victory, even the arrow of victory over Aram; for you will defeat the Arameans at Aphek until you have destroyed them." Then he said, "Take the arrows," and he took them. And he said to the king of Israel, "Strike the ground," and he struck it three times and stopped. So the man of God was angry with him and said, "You should have struck five or six times, then you would have struck Aram until you would have destroyed it. But now you shall strike Aram only three times

LAMP UNTO MY FEET, LIGHT TO MY PATH!

  WOW!!!  2020 AD(After the death of our Lord), I mean it's not over but we can both attest to the fact that it's been an extraordinary year!  Don't give me an horrible look cos the fact that you are able to read this actually means it's an Extraordinary year!, Our life has been transformed, for most of us forever!  Sigh! But you know one thing that has been constant! The word of God! During the course of the week, one verse stood out for me "The word of GOD is a lamp unto my feet and a light to my path" Let's break it down.... Imagine having a lamp under your feet?
